Dr. Blake Dircksen PT, DPT, CSCS
Blake Dircksen is a physical therapist and endurance coach dedicated to helping runners stay healthy, recover faster, and perform at their best. A Noblesville native and former Indiana University XCTF athlete, he has competed across every distance from 400m to 50k ultramarathons.
After earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York University, Blake built a hybrid career that blends clinical expertise with on‑the‑ground coaching. He currently serves as Distance Coach at Noblesville High School – guiding athletes to multiple school records – and works with Team Prep USA in Colorado each summer, supporting some of the nation’s top high‑school distance runners.
Blake’s practice specializes in running‑related injuries, gait analysis, and modern training‑load management. He partners with athletes, teams, and coaches to reduce training‑room burden, accelerate rehab, and keep endurance athletes performing consistently.
