- Each visit is a dedicated 30 or 60 minutes of one-on-one care with your Doctor of Physical Therapy.
- During your first visit, we’ll take the time to thoroughly discuss your history and experience, perform comprehensive assessments to identify the root cause of your pain, and outline a clear plan for what to expect moving forward.
- Follow-up visits begin with a review of your progress—what worked, what didn’t, and how you’ve felt since your last session.
- Sessions typically include hands-on manual therapy in the initial stages, followed by targeted mobility and strength exercises to address your specific needs.
In-Between Visits:
- After your first visit, you’ll leave with a personalized Durability Program—a detailed plan outlining exactly how to integrate strength training alongside your running and cross-training. This program is designed to evolve with you, progressing over time and updated at each physical therapy session to ensure it aligns with your goals and recovery.
For Virtual Sessions:
- We’ll make the most of your home setup, so bring any weights, bands, mats, rollers, or other exercise equipment you already have.
- Your program will be tailored to the equipment you have available, ensuring it fits seamlessly into your routine.

What should I wear?
- Be prepared to use the gym space and treadmill, so come dressed ready to move.
- Wear shorts if we’re focusing on the lower body, and a t-shirt or tank top for upper-body work to allow for better assessment.
