Coaching

Bring it all together with a training plan. Each plan is designed with carefully integrated strength work, strides, nutrition, form drills, cross-training, and —of course— running. 

Below you will find two different options:
1) On-Your-Own (OYO) or 2) Private Coaching plans

➳ OYO Training will start with an initial collaboration to determine program-fit, and then you'll take charge of the training yourself. These plans are ideal if you're looking for a structured, well-designed path to your goal race, without the need for the fine-tuned support provided by Private Coaching.

➳ Private Coaching dials in your schedule and training preferences to help you reach your peak performance. You'll work closely with a coach, tackling the journey together with personalized support. This is the ideal choice for runners seeking accountability, expert insights, and tailored guidance to stay on track and achieve their goals.

Plans will be delivered through V.DOT training platform. Once connected with Backroads as your coach, you’ll receive daily training through the V.DOT website or mobile app. 

Smartwatch Integration: (optional) 
➳ Sync your watch to send running data to your coach.
➳ Receive the prescribed workouts directly to your watch. Just push start and your watch’s V.DOT integration will guide you through your warm-up, work intervals, rest intervals, and cool-down.
