BEC is a run-specialty physical therapy studio. We offer traditional in-person physical therapy sessions, as well as Training Intensives - our comprehensive virtual offering.
Each Physical Therapy session delivers a personalized Durability Program, Return-to-Run training program, and a suite of mobility, cross-training, plyometric drills, and warm-up programs.

STEP 1: Your Durability Program
Your custom Durability Program provides the strength and mobility work required to manage your injury effectively. It will go over specific soft tissue work, joint mobility, and strength movements.
The program features videos with captions provided to guide optimal form for your sessions between visits. Program frequency and session sets, reps, & intensity are provided so that you know how much and how often to perform the program.

Step 2: Return-to-Run Program
Once your Durability Program is built we can start building out your Return-to-Run Program.
Your PT will build this program based on your PT evaluation, training history, and training goals. With your injury in mind, we'll use strategies like cross training, cadence work, shoe & terrain considerations, and specific run programming to maximize your fitness.
Our years of working as coaches, strength & conditioning specialists, and physical therapists have put us in a unique position to effectively manage training loads to get you back to running as quickly and safely as possible.

Step 3: Follow-up & PRogression
Your injury and accompanying plan will be thoroughly explained, and you'll be provided with a prognosis regarding expected number of weeks and number of appointments required for injury resolution based on our evaluation and your expectations.
